Position Requirements

  • Experience as an Office Manager/Assistant or similar role
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent Latvian and English

Responsibilities

  • Make sure that the Riga office runs smoothly
  • Manage the external and internal correspondence
  • Organise new employee’s onboarding and support team with anything related to annual vacation, sick leave, expense approval paperwork
  • Ensure procurement of office supplies and stationery
  • Plan and coordinate company events
  • Book and arrange business trips (tickets, transport and accommodation)
