Veloce is seeking a Sales Development Representative (“SDR”) to help drive continued growth for a rapidly growing enterprise software company. This is a critical function within the company and is crucial for our continued success, and growth. You will be instrumental in helping our clients understand the value that can be realized with modern CPQ.

We’re looking for an individual with positive energy and a strong sales instinct to join the sales team. The SDR will be responsible for qualifying, identifying and developing quality sales opportunities.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in an outbound prospecting role
  • Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proven follow-up skills
  • Results-oriented, capable of bringing prospects to the next step in the sales process
  • Schedule discovery calls between prospective customers and Veloce
  • Conduct high level conversations and present Veloce's value prop to prospects
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience in lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and lead development management
  • Articulate and professional, and an enthusiastic attitude
  • Creative ability to reach prospects to position solution/products
  • Strong research capabilities in order to identify target contacts 

Desired Qualifications

  • Recent experience selling CPQ, CRM, or Apttus
  • Experience with one or more sales techniques (e.g., Challenger, Sandler, etc)
  • Experience using
  • Experience using Google Suite of applications


  • Primarily outbound prospecting and lead nurturing
  • Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively communicating Veloce’s value proposition
  • Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization
  • Responsible for meeting weekly goals and established metrics
  • Utilize the sales tools provided by Veloce
