Veloce is seeking a Sales Engineer to help drive continued growth for a rapidlygrowing enterprise software company. This is a critical function within thecompany and is crucial for our continued success, as well as that of ourcustomers. You will be instrumental in helping our clients understand the valuethat can be realized with modern CPQ.

Position Requirements

  • Experience as a pre-sales engineer or solution expert for an enterprise CPQ,Quote to Cash, SaaS, or other software application
  • Fluent English (native or bilingual proficiency) and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated consultative selling experience
  • Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency
  • Customer oriented, able to understand customer needs and prioritize accordingly
  • A results-oriented approach which balances a “take charge, do-whatever-it takes” attitude with teamwork and collaboration

Desired Qualifications

  • Recent experience selling CPQ, CRM, Salesforce.com, or Force.com partnersolutions
  • Experience in teaming with systems integrators
  • Experience with either Apttus CPQ or Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience selling Product Pricing Configurators
  • Ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of extending Force.com applications

Responsibilities

  • Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and demonstrate how the Veloce CPQ software can meet those needs
  • Build and deliver product demonstrations which focus on key business drivers and functional requirements for potential customers
  • Act as the subject matter expert on CPQ configuration, pricing and quotes
  • Respond to customer inquiries, RFI and RFPs, providing high quality sales proposals and supporting materials as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CPQ industry trends and best practices
